Budd Zuckerman is the founder and president of Genesis Select Corporation, an investor relations firm focused exclusively on gaining awareness, expanding research and increasing trading volume of the firm's selected clients within the institutional marketplace.

Mr. Zuckerman is a well-known institutional salesman, who has spent more than 20 years developing strong relationships with managers and analysts at the country's leading mutual funds, banks and pension funds. Specializing in the media/entertainment, telecommunications, retail, medical, energy and services industries, he has established working relationships with Wall Street's key investment banking firms and is a recognized expert in the small- and micro-cap sectors. In the course of his career, Mr. Zuckerman has helped raise private and public capital for more than 100 companies, and has personally raised over $1 billion on behalf of client companies.

Prior to founding Genesis Select, Mr. Zuckerman served as managing director of institutional sales for the Denver office of Cruttenden Roth (now Roth Capital Partners), a West Coast firm specializing in financing and research for small-and micro-cap companies throughout the country. Prior to Cruttenden Roth, he was senior vice president and an institutional salesman for Hanifen Imhoff, a Denver-based investment bank. Mr. Zuckerman also served as head of institutional sales for Sutro and Co., a leading investment banking firm. Additionally, he has held senior sales positions at Wedbush Noble Cook (now Wedbush Morgan Securities) and Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he specialized in institutional sales.

Mr. Zuckerman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado; and Series 63, Series 7, and Series 24 licenses. He is also a director of the Boulder Valley Humane Society.

Stephen Laird brings an important dimension to the firm. With 34 years of experience as an institutional research analyst and portfolio manager, his perspective of the buy side augments the sell side experience of Mr. Zuckerman. This comprehensive breadth of knowledge and a cumulative 65 years of experience in the investment process are the rare features which distinguish Genesis Select from all other investor relations firms.

Mr. Laird was with J.P. Morgan in New York from 1969 to 1981, rising to vice president and a senior officer in the bank's highly regarded Investment Research Department. Analytical responsibilities included the computer technology, consumer and basic industry sectors. During these years he established a reputation on Wall Street as an astute analyst and incisive interviewer of corporate managements.

In 1981, Mr. Laird left Morgan to join former colleague Carl Hathaway as a portfolio manager at the newly formed Hathaway Associates. Over the past 21 years the firm gained national recognition as a premier investor in small emerging growth stocks. This experience allowed Mr. Laird to develop numerous lasting relationships with institutional investors, investment bankers and sell-side analysts.
